The cynical side of me has a hard time believing that it isn't time lapse. Would the moon whip across the sky in a matter of hours if it was rising at that rate? I am wondering too if there isn't some natural or staged forced perspective going on here...does the moon ever really look *that* close to Earth?

So there, I just showed both my scientific ignorance and my photography ignorance all in one comment. :)
