Look to the Future

Let me get this straight. We've shut down the shuttle, we've shut down Constellation, we have nothing to replace either being built (let alone a single plan), we have no firm plans for either low Earth orbit or beyond, we have no exploration plan period...and we're moving to a "...bright new future..."?

Is this guy shutting down the agency or what?
